The Pooch Project is a student-based NGO that aims to get immediate medical attention to stray animals, getting them rescued, put into a foster, and get them adopted or release them in their own sanctuary. They also do Daily Dog Feeding in certain areas, arrange reflective collars for stray furries, getting small stray pups and kittens adopted, getting strays Neutered, providing strays with necessary Vaccinations from time to time, and helping poor animals who are being bred for money, into loving homes amongst much else.
This animal welfare trust is working tirelessly in the Pune region to bring a change in society for our furry friends and is accepting monetary as well as supplies support to continue doing the work. The Pooch Project is known in the Pune region for providing a wide range of animal welfare activities like feeding and rehabilitation.
