Every year thousands of parents get abandoned by their children. Moksha Old Age Home, the NGO based in Haryana is the second home for them. Old age homes were never a part of the Indian culture but some unfortunate souls are discarded from their home due to several circumstances. Certified by the Nation Senior Care Association, Moksha Old Age Homes are making lives better for the old.

At Moksha a peaceful, stress-free community is build where senior citizens may live in harmony with each other. Medical care and other facilities are provided to them free of cost. In other words they enjoy a new society away from the actual society! The NGO fuels through active members, volunteers, supplies and generous funds from the people who actually care.

Founder's vision & message

It just takes a small step to begin charity. The same happened with Mr. Vijay Bhrigu! He came across a beggar who suffered hip fracture. The founder of Moksha Old Age Home helped the beggar recover from the injury. In a second incident a woman was beaten and separated by her husband. Such incidents lit the fire of helping others and as a result, 15 years ago Moksha was founded in Haryana.

The philanthropist attitude of the founder of Haryana-based NGO pushed him harder for the betterment of the senior citizens across the state. Since its inception the founder of Moksha Foundation has continuously sheltering hundreds of aged men and women in their NGO. With external voluntary help. supplies and financial support wonders will continue to happen in Moksha!
