Founder's vision & message

Anil Mudgal, the Co-Founder of Arushi, leads this NGO with a strong belief in creating a better society for persons with disabilities. Anil Mudgal established Arushi, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, to ensure equal opportunities, accessible support, and dignity for every individual. The NGO works under the influence of his principles of charity that are assisted by over 1,000 volunteers contributing to doubling its effectiveness in the spheres of therapy, education, sensitization, and inclusive development.

Under the leadership of Anil Mudgal and the core team, this NGO has implemented major projects such as audio book production, accessibility audits, Braille transcription, early intervention programs, disability helplines, and vocational training. Arushi, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, partners with respected supporters like UNICEF, Dorabji Tata Trust, ASI, Indian Railways, Niwano Peace Foundation, and several corporate donors who strengthen its initiatives.

The Founder’s Mission is to empower persons with disabilities by educating them and making them independent, while the Vision is to build an inclusive and barrier-free society. The NGO also works closely with the Government of Madhya Pradesh through accessibility initiatives, awareness drives, and disability support services.
